His sound brings alternative country, Southern soul, blues, and rock together without asking permission from tradition. With a weathered voice and a storyteller’s instinct, Revel writes about grown love, family memories, racism, home cooking, and what it means to keep going when the world gets heavy. One song may feel like a love letter left beside the bed. The next may sound like a warning carried through a crowded juke joint.
